Isolation of the unknown red Microbes

To prove that red and white colours are different microbes

1st:

Unknown red microbes with the contamination of unknown white microbes (left).

Unknown yellow microbes with the contamination of unknown white microbes (right).

*Single colony of the unknown red microbes was been picked out and re-cultured in the new agar plate, and half of the plate is mixed cultured with the bio-luminescent microbes (2nd picture: half bottom).*

2nd:

somehow, the single red colony that picked from the previous plate shown to be not pure enough, which was still contaminating with the white unknown microbe.

*A single red colony was picked out from this plate and re-cultured in a new agar plate.*

3rd:

tata!!

Finally, the pure red microbe had been isolated and also with the white one.

At the same time, this microbe isolation also proved that, red and white colours are different species microbes!! :D

可能是在那时候习惯的吧，所以早上喝茶的时候，当bill 来的时候，理所当然地，[[“下一次啦，下一次你来请。”]] 那几个字就浮现在我脑海当中，所以就让他还了先。当时的我还觉得没什么，但是回到家想了想..不对啊！现在跟以前不一样啊！应该是个还个的吧！((Swt right??haha.. I know I know. :p)) 然后觉得很paiseh去… :/ 呵呵呵… :P

Aim: Go back or stay back?
Hypothesis: The advantage of going back to Sibu is more than stay back in Kuching during the mid break.
Material: Bus.
Procedure:
1. Buy the ticket for the Sunday afternoon bus.
2. Pack up the things, which I want bring them back to Sibu.
3. Wait until the day.
4. Have the lunch with my friends on Sunday.
5. Ask my friends fetch me to the bus station.
6. Take the bus.
7. Do nothing in the bus, listen to the music.
8. Will reach Sibu within 7 hours.
9. Enjoying the time in Sibu.
10. Back to Kuching on Sunday (25/4).

Observations:

Advantages

Kuching
*Hanging out with my friends. (Cause all of my schoolmates are holidaying also mah.)
*Got 24hrs wireless.
*Save the bus fee.

Sibu
*Spend time with my family.
*No need worry about the food. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner & supper.)
*Save the foods costs.
*Have a hair cut.
*Sleep earlier & wake up earlier. (More time to do my assignment & study for the coming test.)
*See my fishes.
*Can play my piano. (Long time no play liau lor.)
*Meet my church friends.

Calculation:

8 Sibu advantages - 3 Kuching advantages = 5 Sibu advantages.

Conclusions:
The hypothesis can be accepted, going back to Sibu has more advantages than stay back in Kuching.
