Isolation of the unknown red Microbes

To prove that red and white colours are different microbes

1st:

Unknown red microbes with the contamination of unknown white microbes (left).

Unknown yellow microbes with the contamination of unknown white microbes (right).

*Single colony of the unknown red microbes was been picked out and re-cultured in the new agar plate, and half of the plate is mixed cultured with the bio-luminescent microbes (2nd picture: half bottom).*

2nd:

somehow, the single red colony that picked from the previous plate shown to be not pure enough, which was still contaminating with the white unknown microbe.

*A single red colony was picked out from this plate and re-cultured in a new agar plate.*

3rd:

tata!!

Finally, the pure red microbe had been isolated and also with the white one.

At the same time, this microbe isolation also proved that, red and white colours are different species microbes!! :D
